Heather Ford

Heather Ford is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and community engagement within the charitable and public sectors. Currently serving as Church Support Manager and Church Insurance Consultant at Ecclesiastical Insurance UK since January 2020, Heather supports Anglican churches in optimizing their buildings. Prior to this role, significant experience was gained as Heritage & Archdeaconry Resources Advisor for the Diocese of Manchester, where responsibilities included leading building project advisement and community training initiatives. With earlier positions at Hanover Housing Association and Sanctuary Group focused on housing development, Heather has demonstrated expertise in managing projects from conception to completion, engaging stakeholders, and securing funding. Educational qualifications include a PG Diploma in Parish Church Studies from the University of York and a Certificate in Housing Policy & Practice from Sheffield Hallam University, among others.
