Helen Austa is a finance professional with extensive experience in investment management, financial planning and analysis, and market research. Currently serving as Group Investment Manager and Project Lead (FP&A) at ECCO Shoes since September 2018, Helen progresses through roles such as Group Business Controller and NextGen Finance and Business Control Graduate. Prior experiences include various project-based market research positions at Aalund and Lindberg International, an internship in financial policy and reporting at Finantsinspektsioon, and financial management roles within AIESEC in Estonia. Educational credentials comprise a Master’s Degree in Finance and International Business from Aarhus University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Tartu.
