Helena Zmarzly

Helena Zmarzly is an experienced professional with a strong background in management and customer service. Currently serving as Butikschef at ECCO Shoes since December 2020, Helena previously held various leadership roles at Espresso House Group from March 2012 to December 2020, including District Manager and Coffee Shop Manager. Helena has expertise in training and development, having taught new employees in service management and participated in a District Manager trainee program. Helena's early career includes positions such as Front Desk Manager at both Apple Hotel and Göteborgs Vandrarhem, as well as experience in service management at Sicura I Europa AB.
