Marius Korthout

Marius Korthout is an accomplished footwear executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the fashion industry. Currently serving as VP Footwear at ECCO Sko A/S since June 2018, Marius has successfully strengthened core franchises, significantly increased brand communality, and enhanced revenue from core franchises while boosting global retail sell-through rates. Previously, Marius held the position of VP Dress Casual at ECCO Sko A/S and Category Director for Women’s footwear, focusing on P&L ownership and category success through collaborative efforts across multiple departments. Prior experience includes roles as Head of Product Management at NAVYBOOT AG, Head of Merchandising for Men's Accessories & Footwear at Guess Europe Sagl, and various product development and management positions at Mexx and O'Neill, culminating as Product Lead at MACINTOSH GROUP & CO after starting as a trainee.
