Ricardo Dias

Ricardo Dias has over 20 years of experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Human Resources Director at ECCO Shoes since November 2019. Prior to that, they held various positions at ECCO Shoes, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. Before joining ECCO Shoes, they worked at Unicer, where they served as a SAP Human Resources Functional Consultant and Human Resources Operations Manager. Overall, their experience spans various HR roles and industries.

Ricardo Dias obtained a Licentiate degree in IT Management from Universidade Fernando Pessoa, which they completed between 1994 and 1999. Ricardo also holds additional certifications, including being a Predictive Index Analyst from The Predictive Index and a Certified Training Professional from AEP - Portuguese Business Association obtained in 2016 and 2008 respectively.
