Niklas Boger

Niklas Boger is an experienced professional in process optimization and digital transformation, currently serving as Teamlead AI and Process & Data Governance at ECE since April 2022, with a focus on end-to-end process enhancement and coaching for product development teams. Prior to this role, Niklas was involved in strategic planning for digitization initiatives at Deutsche Börse from October 2018 to April 2022, where expertise in process transformation and technologies such as Robotics Process Automation was developed. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant role at EY, advising on digital transformation in financial services, and a background in diverse roles at Lufthansa Cargo AG and Saatchi & Saatchi. Niklas holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Management from the International School of Management, complemented by studies at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
