Mike Rabinovitz

Mike Rabinovitz is an accomplished marketing executive with extensive experience across various industries, including food and beverage, sports, and consumer goods. Currently serving as Chief Marketing Officer at Echelon since November 2022, Mike also contributes as an Advisory Board Member at The Candy Space. Previous roles include marketing leadership positions at The Hershey Company from 2014 to October 2022, where major accomplishments include overseeing a $400M+ Better-For-You portfolio and successfully integrating Lily's Sweets post-acquisition. Mike's career began with a strong foundation in marketing at General Mills and Ingersoll Rand, complemented by an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a B.S. in Accounting and Finance from Lehigh University.
