Raychel Stapleton-

Raychel Stapleton, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Echelon since June 2023. Prior to this role, Raychel worked as the Human Resources Manager at Shaw Industries from August 2021 to June 2023 and as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Tarkett from December 2018 to June 2021. Raychel's career began at Amazon, where responsibilities ranged from Area Manager to Inbound Process Assistant and Trainer, notably assisting in onboarding and training 3,500 associates for a new fulfillment center. Additional experience includes positions as Executive Team Lead of Human Resources at Target and Trainer at LearningRx, as well as a Seasonal Interpretive Ranger with the Tennessee State Parks Service. Raychel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Anthropology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, earned in 2009.
