Erik Bartell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership, community engagement, and operational management. As a Co-Founder of ECHELON USA since May 2022, Erik has been instrumental in driving initiatives within the organization. Previously, Erik held multiple senior positions at BRAVO SIERRA from January 2020 to December 2022, including SVP, Community and VP, Community, where efforts were concentrated on building strong community relationships. As Executive Director at FitOps Foundation from July 2017 to November 2019, Erik successfully transformed the nonprofit into a self-sufficient 501(c)3 organization. Prior experience includes a consulting role at Spartan, directorial responsibilities at Performix House, and leadership positions as an Infantry Officer in the US Army, where Erik effectively managed training operations and resources. Erik holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from DePaul University.
