Joey Murphy

Joey Murphy is a Senior Software Engineer at Echo Global Logistics. Joey led the React Native rewrite of the Xamarin version of Echo Drive with a new Design system, mentored engineers in frontend development, and worked on developing a new design system for EchoDrive. Joey also worked on creating a reusable component library with UX using React & TypeScript for Accelerator. Prior to their current role, Joey worked as a Software Consultant at Ugo Delivery and as a Web Developer Intern at The_Nine. Joey also has experience as a Developer Intern at Feeding America and as a Teacher at the CS Department at The University of Alabama. Joey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Mathematics from The University of Alabama.
