Andrea Goodwin

Andrea Goodwin is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the VP of HR at Echo Hospice since June 2025, Andrea is also a board member at Rancho Christian School since March 2020. Previous positions include Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Bridge Home Health & Hospice from May 2020 to April 2025, as well as HR consulting roles at Vitality Living and UniCare Home Health, Hospice. Notably, Andrea held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and HR Director at The Elizabeth Hospice from April 2005 to November 2016. Andrea earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the University of Redlands.
