Tania Taci has extensive experience in service delivery and business performance, currently serving as a Service Delivery Manager for Revenue and Collections at Echo Managed Services since July 2008, where responsibilities include managing the collection and recovery functions for Northern Ireland Water. Prior roles include Business Performance Analyst at Centrica, focusing on final debt collection strategies and performance improvement projects, and Project Manager at British Gas, where Tania aligned and cleaned customer data prior to a systems migration. Additionally, Tania held a Team Manager position at British Gas, overseeing the performance and development of a meter exchange team. Tania holds a 2:1 degree in Hospitality Management from Ulster University.
