Vicki Dixon has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Vicki started their career at Severn Trent Water in 1997 as a Business Analyst. Vicki then moved on to Severn Trent Utility Services in 2002 and worked as a Project Manager until 2004. Following that, they joined Complete Credit Management as an Operations Manager from 2004 to 2009. In 2009, Vicki joined Echo Managed Services as a Business Development Manager and later served as a Collections Manager from 2010 to 2014. Vicki eventually became the Head of Operations at Echo Managed Services, a role they have held since August 2014.
Vicki Dixon holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from the University of Birmingham.
