Tom Owens

Tom Owens is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in process engineering, currently serving as HPPE Global Technology Leader and Global Process Engineering Manager at ECI Group since January 2021. Prior to this role, Tom worked at Simon Carves Engineering Limited from March 2007 to January 2021, progressing from Engineer (Process) to Principal Process Engineer and holding a year-long secondment as Proposal Manager, delivering high-quality proposals in the petrochemical sector. Tom holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of St Andrews, an MSc in Process Technology and Management from the University of Strathclyde, and an MChem in Chemistry with Advanced Chemistry from the University of St Andrews.
