Paul Burgdorf

Paul Burgdorf is an accomplished technical writing professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Technical Documentation Manager and previously as Senior Technical Writer at ECI Software Solutions since September 2021, Paul has amassed a wealth of expertise over the years. Prior roles include Technical Writer/Business Analyst at First Rate, Inc. for nearly two decades, and positions as Technical Writer at Consulting Partners, Inc., Canmax Retail Systems, Inc., and the University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, Paul started a career as a Documentation Specialist at the University of North Texas.
