Karan Khurana has worked in the professional field since 2006. karan began their career at IBM as an Outage Desk and 2nd Level Support at Bell Canada. In 2010, they joined RBS PVT LTD as their Chief Operating Officer (COO), where they were responsible for taking care of all operations and administration, as well as ensuring smooth transitioning. Since 2011, they have been the Head of People Operations at Eclat Infotech Pvt. Ltd, where they are responsible for taking care of all operational activity and ensuring service delivery.

Karan Khurana attended NDPS from 1989 to 1999.
