Niyati Shah currently serves as Team Lead in Product Management at eClinicalWorks, managing a team of Product Analysts and prioritizing product development backlogs since August 2018. Previous roles at eClinicalWorks include Product Analyst, Product Owner, and Scrum Master, contributing to stakeholder collaboration and process improvement. Earlier experience includes optimizing workflows as a Computer Systems Engineer and dual roles as a Graduate Assistant at New York Institute of Technology, supporting students and maintaining computer systems. As a Frontend Developer Intern at Systech International, Niyati contributed to the UniCloud project, focusing on frontend and API integration. The career began at Anant Soft Computing as a Software Engineer, developing web and mobile applications. Niyati holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Parul Institute of Engineering and Technology.
