Carmen Laura Delgado Pérez serves as the Adoptium Community Manager at Eclipse Foundation since October 2022, where responsibilities include coordinating community efforts and collaborating with various Eclipse teams. Carmen is the founder of Step4ward, focusing on mentoring women entering the tech industry. Previous experience includes project management roles at XpertAI, where process standardization and cross-team collaboration were key, and portfolio management at Dozen Investments, managing shareholder agreements and post-investment operations. Carmen's early career involved financial control at SOLTI - Breast Cancer Research Group, general ledger accounting at Checkpoint Systems, and creating finance departments at Laboratorios Bluepharma. Carmen holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from EADA Business School and a Chartered Controller Analyst certification, supplemented by ongoing education in project management and programming.
