Sarah Owen has over two decades of experience in the energy industry, with a focus on regulation, compliance, and performance. Starting her career at Centrica in 1999, she held various roles such as Code, Registers and Training Manager, Regulatory Affairs Manager, Commercial Manager, Gas & Power Charging Manager, and Regulatory Issues Manager. In these positions, she led initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations, develop policy influence, analyze market changes, and provide strategic advice for business objectives. In October 2020, she joined Eclipse Power Networks as the Director of Finance, Regulation & Performance, overseeing regulatory compliance and legislative policies. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics from the University of Hertfordshire.
