Theresa Williams has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Theresa began their career as an HR and recruitment professional, holding various roles from 1998 to 2002. Theresa then joined Cistel Technology Inc., where they served as a Manager of Human Resources for six years, responsible for leading the HR department and recruitment services. In 2008, they joined SkyWave Mobile Communications as the Manager of Human Resources and later transitioned to Manager of Strategic Initiatives, where they managed a variety of projects and initiatives across different departments and business units. Finally, in 2015, Theresa joined Eclipsys Solutions Inc. as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, and currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture. Theresa'sresponsibilities in this role include addressing complex business challenges through innovative and flexible solutions, as well as optimizing technology investments.
Theresa Williams attended St. Francis Xavier University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Management.
