Kevin Souza, CSPO, currently serves as a Senior Product Manager and Ecommerce Lead at ecoATM Gazelle since February 2024. Previously, from December 2021 to January 2024, Kevin held the position of Senior Product Manager at Macy's, where significant achievements included leading enterprise-wide customer experience enhancements that generated $16 million in annualized revenue and developing AR/VR tools that produced $4 million in incremental revenue. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Product Management/Customer Experience at Prudential Financial, where a new mobile app was launched, and as a Senior Digital Consultant/Product Manager at EY, excelling in collaboration and delivery of product solutions. Other notable positions include Consultant/Product Manager at Dell EMC and various IT roles at Tiffany & Co., Simon Property Group, and Hess Corporation. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
