Sean Flaherty

Sean Flaherty has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries and roles. Sean started their career as a Case Coordinator/ Litigation Legal Assistant at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where they worked from an unspecified start date until 2008. Sean then interned at the Irish Centre for European Law in 2009 before working as an In-House Law Clerk at LG Electronics MobileComm U.S.A., Inc. from September 2010 to February 2011. Following this, they had a brief position as an In-House Law Clerk at Sony Electronics from February 2011 to May 2011. Since January 2014, Sean has served as the Sr. Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Counsel at ecoATM, where they have been responsible for managing and advancing the company's intellectual property portfolios, working with the Human Resources team to mitigate labor law risks and build a strong workforce, and collaborating with regulatory authorities to access new markets and reduce legal risks.

Sean Flaherty completed their education with a Juris Doctorate degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law from the University of San Diego School of Law, from 2008 to 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Government & Politics and Economics from St. John's University, from 2000 to 2004. Additionally, they are a certified member of the California Bar, holding membership number 283864, granted by The State Bar of California.
