Simon REY is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and strategic leadership within the financial sector. Currently serving as the Group Head of Talent, Learning and Organizational Development at Ecobank Transnational Incorporated since January 2014, Simon oversees the HR Center of Excellence with a global mandate to enhance talent acquisition and development across 35 African countries.
