Nick Schmall is an accomplished Operations Manager at Ecolab, overseeing production and warehousing teams at the pilot plant facility in Eagan, MN since July 2017. Previously, Nick served in various procurement roles and as a Production Team Lead and Process Engineer, significantly improving production processes and safety while executing capital projects with a strong focus on efficiency and sustainability. Nick holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin MBA Consortium and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
