Bobby Mendez is executive vice president of Growth Initiatives for Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services that protect people and vital resources.
Previously, Mendez served as executive vice president and president of Global Services and Specialty, and Life Sciences. During his more than 30 years with Ecolab, Mendez has held a variety of other leadership positions in International, Institutional, Food & Beverage, Consumer Sales and Janitorial Services divisions. Prior to joining Ecolab, Mendez was the youngest general manager of a premier hotel resort in Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.
Mendez serves on the board of trustees of the Food Marketing Institute Foundation and the Natural Science Center of Greensboro, and recently served on the board of directors of the United Way of Greater Greensboro. Mendez is a member and past chairman of the Latin American & Caribbean Leadership Committee and the Latino Professionals Forum.
