Lore J. serves as the Director of Utility Energy Efficiency Programs & Strategy at Ecology Action since July 2023, leading the development of utility programs and fostering client relationships. Previously, Lore J. held various positions at Ecology Action, including Senior Manager and Sr. Project Manager, focusing on utility client engagement, data management, and project savings analysis. Additional experience includes roles at Vine Hill Winery in strategic development and marketing, and Santa Cruz Bicycles and Photoflex Inc. in purchasing and logistics. Lore J. holds a Master's Degree in Urban & Regional Planning with a focus on Environmental Planning from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture and Botany from California State University, Chico.
