Amarita Natt, Ph.D., currently serves as the Managing Director of Data Science at Econ One Research, specializing in predictive modeling and analytics to optimize client outcomes. Additionally, Amarita contributes to the DataScienceSalon as a Content Review Board Member, curating speaker selections for events across major U.S. cities. As a lecturer at UCLA, Amarita teaches courses in basic statistics and computational methods, as well as Data Science for sociology students, while previously holding positions as an economist and consultant for various organizations, including major airlines and EY. Amarita's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Labor Economics from Northeastern University and a BA in Economics from UCLA.
