Jade Aguilar is currently serving as the Director of Research Equity at ECONorthwest since October 2020. Previously, Jade held the position of Vice President of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion at Willamette University from April 2008 to September 2020, along with being an Associate Professor of Sociology. With experience as an Account Coordinator at Eagle Marketing from 1999 to 2001, Jade has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Colorado State University and a PhD in Sociology from the University of Colorado Boulder.
