Yun-Kit Sean Choong is an experienced project development manager specializing in utility-scale PV projects and hydrogen energy development at Ecoplexus Inc./Hoku Energy since January 2022. Previously, Yun-Kit held the same role at Century Development Corporation, focusing on site selection for Taiwan's Industrial Park in India. Prior experience includes a position in presales at Stark Technology Inc., where Yun-Kit contributed to Anti-Money Laundering system development. Additionally, Yun-Kit served as a lecturer in the Department of Urban Planning and Disaster Management at Ming Chuan University, teaching Geography Information Systems and Urban Simulation. Earlier in the career, Yun-Kit worked as a project manager with Urbanet Group, providing government consultancy in urban planning and design across southern Taiwan and China. Yun-Kit holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Science in the same field, alongside specialized training in Geographic Information Systems from National Cheng Kung University.
