Guislain Wallon

Guislain Wallon is an experienced leader in customer success and operations, currently serving as Vice President of Global Customer Success at EcoVadis since July 2013. Guislain Wallon has held various managerial positions within EcoVadis, including VP Operations & Chief of Staff to the COO, Regional VP for Customer Success in France and Southern Europe, and has successfully managed large teams focused on enhancing customer experiences and sustainability ratings. Prior to EcoVadis, Guislain Wallon worked at Forrester Research as a Global Account Manager and held roles in account management and product development at Beijaflore, L'Oreal, and Nestle. Educational credentials include a degree from EDHEC Business School and studies at Copenhagen Business School.
