Sue started their career at PQ Corporation in 1994, where they held the position of Director in the same field until 2021. In 2021, they joined Ecovyst, Inc. as the Director of Benefits Compensation HRIS & Payroll.
Sue Olafson received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing from the University of Delaware from 1979 to 1983. Sue then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing at Monmouth University from 1985 to 1991. In 1999, Sue Olafson obtained a certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation for Employee Benefit Plans.
