Nicholas Hughes is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, and IoT development. Currently serving as the Principal IoT Architect at EcoWater Systems LLC since February 2020, Nicholas previously worked at Slalom as a Solutions Architect, focusing on AWS and the AWS IoT platform. Earlier roles include Lead Software Engineer at SPS Commerce, where Nicholas delivered AWS-driven software solutions, and Senior Web Developer/Consultant at Sears Holdings Corporation, enhancing a gamification platform. Additional experience includes positions at Zuzee, AceDevs, Lockheed Martin, Indra, and SAIC, contributing to various software and simulator projects. Nicholas holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master's degree in Engineering Management from the University of Central Florida.
