Roger Rocha

Roger Rocha is an experienced higher education leader with a strong background in operational planning and educational technology. Currently serving as Campus President at ECPI University since December 2021, Roger has previously held significant roles including Area Manager and Campus President at FORTIS Colleges and Institutes, Campus Director at Bryant & Stratton College, and Campus President at Brown Mackie College. Roger began a career in higher education at the University of Phoenix, where responsibilities included directing operations of a start-up campus. Academic qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Management from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
