Vicki Costley

Vicki Costley is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at ECPI University since January 2020, Vicki previously held the position of Human Resources Director at YMCA of South Hampton Roads from September 2013 to January 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Career Services Coordinator at Elmira Business Institute from 1999 to 2005 and Payroll Tax Associate at Paychex from 1995 to 1999. Vicki holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia and completed further education at Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2014.
