Duncan Jensen has a wealth of experience in customer success and analytics. Duncan began their career in 2005 as a Customer Development Executive for Colgate Palmolive. In 2010, they moved to dunnhumby as a Senior Product Manager and then a Senior Media Strategist. In 2015, they joined North Highland UK as Head of Customer Analytics & Customer Experience SME. In 2016, they became a Managing Consultant/Senior Manager, Customer Experience & Analytics for Capgemini Consulting. Since 2017, they have been with Ecrebo as a Customer Success Director and Group Customer Director.

Duncan Jensen attended the University of Reading from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a BSc in Psychology with a 2:1. Duncan then returned to the University of Reading from 2003 to 2004, earning an MSc in International Management with a Distinction.
