Lea Rubini

Lea R. currently serves as Chief People and Communications Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer at ECRI, a position held since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles at Penn Medicine as Director of Change Management & Organizational Development, Stryker as Global Director of Change and Communications, and various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, where strategic development of change management and human resources partnerships spanned multiple sectors. Additional roles include Global Director of Human Resources at ConvaTec and Bristol-Myers Squibb, as well as human resources management positions at Campbell Soup Company and ARAMARK Corporation. Educational qualifications consist of a Master’s Degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations with a minor in Business Administration from Penn State University.
