Ashley Muniak started their work experience in 2000 as an Assistant Manager at Boston Market, where they worked until 2010. In 2006, they interned at both the Department of Port Control and the United Way of Summit County. In 2007, they joined ECRM as the Director of Client Success- Food & Beverage, and in 2008, they became the Director of Account Management-Grocery. Ashley managed a team of Account Managers and successfully launched the Foodservice Division. Ashley also attended ECRM sessions, conducted interviews, and educated clients on the ECRM Business Process.
Ashley Muniak attended The University of Akron from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business & Organization Communication and Public Relations. Their field of study focused on Public Relations and Business and Organizational Communication.
