Lisa Strom MacDiarmid has a strong background in sales and business development in the beauty industry. Lisa started their career at Unilever as a TIGI Haircare Business Development/Brand Manager, where they successfully increased brand awareness and opened new business accounts. Lisa then joined Total Image International as a District Sales Consultant, where they excelled in generating new salons and retail accounts and building sustainable business relationships. Lisa later worked at CosmoProf Beauty as a District Salon Consultant, where they implemented sales and promotional initiatives to drive brand loyalty and developed marketing strategies to target the desired audience. Currently, Lisa is working at ECRM as a Sales Manager for the Health/Beauty Category, where they are responsible for pioneering the sales strategy, building strong relationships with clients, and advising suppliers on retail-readiness.
Lisa Strom MacDiarmid earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication, General from SUNY Brockport. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology. Lisa completed their high school education at Liverpool High School, earning a Regents Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
