Garrett Klingensmith

Garrett Klingensmith, P.E. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and management. Since July 2017, Garrett has held multiple leadership roles at ECS Limited, including Vice President, Regional Manager, and Branch Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Chesapeake Energy as Civil Engineer II, and various management roles at ECS Texas, LLP, ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC, and ECS Southeast, LLC. Garrett began a career in engineering after a foundational role as a Senior Engineering Field Technician and earlier experience as a Paralegal at Boston Passante, LLP. Garrett served in the United States Marine Corps from 2001 to 2004 as a Lance Corporal. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor's degree in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
