Thomas Rebar is an experienced environmental professional currently serving as the Environmental Senior Project Manager at ECS Limited since October 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas held significant positions including Senior Scientist at Downstream Strategies and Manager of Environmental, Health & Safety services at Compliance Management International, where responsibilities included managing projects across several states as a West Virginia Licensed Remediation Specialist. Additionally, Thomas was the Director of Environmental Services at JHC Consulting, leading a new division, and worked as a Principal Project Manager at NUVO Environmental, LLC. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant and operations manager at CORE Environmental Services, Inc., and a Project Manager at Groundwater & Environmental Services, Inc.
