Tracey Lay has a wealth of experience, having worked at EdAdvance in various positions since June 1994. Currently holding the title of Chief Talent & Development Officer, Tracey has also served as the Director of School Age Programs & Development Services. Additionally, Tracey has been involved with the National AfterSchool Association as the Chair of the Board of Directors from July 2015 to June 2022. With a BA in Psychology/EC Development and Communication, as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Communication from Central Connecticut State University, Tracey has a strong educational background to support their professional roles.
