Accessibility Upskill at EdApp

Jade Steele, CPACC, is an experienced course author currently involved with EdApp's "Educate All" global education initiative, where the micro-course "ACCESSIBILITY UPSKILL" was developed to address the lack of basic knowledge about disability groups and accessibility solutions. This course, accepted into EdApp’s free course library, is based on the Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) Body of Knowledge and aims to promote accessibility as a human right. Recently, Jade completed a 5-week professional training program with Adobe Career Academy focused on soft skills, networking, and interview preparation. Jade is an AA candidate in Communication with a specialty in "Digital Accessibility Advocacy" at De Anza College and has participated in various programming initiatives through Girls Who Code, completing a Summer Immersion program in Computer Science.
