Earl Christian Joaquín

Earl Christian Joaquin has a diverse work experience. From 2015 to present, they have been working at the New York City Economic Development Corporation, starting as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist and later becoming a Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, in 2015, they worked as a Human Resources Consultant at CEM Business Solutions. From 2013 to 2015, they served as the Director of Operations at Otomo Digital. Earlier in their career, from 2011 to 2012, they were a Research Assistant at the College of Staten Island, City University of New York.

Earl Christian Joaquín has a comprehensive education history. Earl Christian obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Baruch College between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at the City University of New York-College of Staten Island from 2011 to 2015. In 2010 and 2011, they studied Psychology at Hunter College. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained a Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS, an ADP Company, in December 2018.
