Adrienne Way has a diverse work experience in leadership and management roles. Adrienne started their career as a Senior Programmer/Analyst at Sandy Corporation in 1995. In 2000, they joined Edcor as a Developer and later moved up to become a Technical Lead/Technical Project Manager. Adrienne then progressed to Manager, Director of IT and Operations, EVP-Chief Operating Officer, and ultimately became the CEO. As CEO, they led overall company operations and strategic direction, focusing on long-range planning, product/service enhancement, strategic partnerships, marketing, sales, and client/customer relationships. Adrienne also redefined organizational structure and evaluated financial results.
Adrienne Way completed their education starting from high school at Lake Orion from 1988 to 1991. Adrienne then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Management from Central Michigan University between 1995 and 2000. Later, they furthered their education at the same university and obtained a Master of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in Information Management from 1997 to 2002.
