Richard Dycus

Richard Dycus is an experienced quality management professional currently serving as General Manager at Edelbrock Group since September 2022. Previously, Richard held the position of Quality Manager at COMP Cams® from June 2012 to October 2022, where responsibilities included enhancing the Quality Management System to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Prior to that, Richard was the Manager of Quality at Weber Hydraulik (HYCO Alabama) from January 2008 to June 2012, focusing on fostering a culture of innovation and improving processes. Richard's earlier roles include Quality Engineer at Plymouth Tube Company, Quality Supervisor at The Toro Company, Quality Manager at Walker Machine Works, and Quality Supervisor at ITW, spanning over three decades in the field of quality management.
