Alice Chang

Alice Chang has a diverse work experience in the field of design. Alice started their career as a Marketing Analyst/Web and Graphic Designer at ISSI Integrated Silicon Solution Inc., where they designed and developed the company's corporate website. Alice then worked as a Visual Designer & Product Designer at BroadVision, collaborating with product managers to define UX and UI features for B2B web and mobile apps. Alice then joined Manhattan Hotel Group as a Creative Director, where they designed branding, marketing pages, and UI/UX for online and mobile OTA web applications. After that, they worked at iTutorGroup as a Senior UI/UX Designer, leading design initiatives for B2B and B2C solutions across different platforms. Currently, Alice works at Edelman Financial Engines as a Lead UX Designer, where they led the redesign of a financial planning tool and established a next-generation design system at scale. Throughout their career, Alice has managed multiple projects, delivered user-centered design solutions, and provided design direction and solutions through usability research.

Alice Chang has an education history that includes an MBA in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Denver (2005-2006), a Certificate in Web Design/Graphic Design/Graphic Art from Mission College (2011-2012), and a BBA in International Trade from Tamkang University (1999-2003). In addition to their degrees, they have obtained additional certifications in Feedback Loops: Feedback Fundamentals from Coursera (obtained year: 2023) and Human-Centered Service Design from IDEO U (obtained year: 2018).
