Abbie Gael Griffith

Abbie Gael (Hollins) Griffith is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in the health sector, currently serving as Managing Director and US Head of Operations at Edelman since December 2005. In this role, Abbie leads communications strategy for Fortune 500 clients within the Global Health Practice, overseeing program management across global consumer health brands and delivering crisis management counsel. Abbie has directed successful media campaigns, managed high-profile product approvals, and played a key role in business development. Prior to Edelman, Abbie worked at Capstrat from 2003 to 2005, where contributions included strategy development for a statewide tobacco cessation campaign that garnered significant media attention. Abbie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from North Carolina State University.
