Mitra Agcaoili

Mitra Agcaoili is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Edelman since September 2022, Mitra has also contributed to Jobs for America's Graduates New Jersey as a Board of Advisors member since December 2017, supporting impactful programs for students with unique needs. Previous roles include Vice President of Talent Management at Zelis, Executive Director of Global Talent at Allergan, and Director of Talent Management at Arconic. Mitra's career began at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., where various positions focused on global talent development. Mitra holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from UCF College of Business.
