We are co-lead counsel in the NCAA personal injury concussion cases, leading an MDL involving over 300 class action lawsuits. And we are representing, or have represented, regulators in cases involving the deceptive marketing of opioids, environmental cases, privacy cases against Facebook, Uber, Google and others, cases related to the marketing of e-cigarettes to children, and cases asserting claims that energy companies and for-profit hospitals abused the public trust.
