Deepak Jain has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Deepak is currently serving as the President at Edelweiss Asset Management Limited since March 2023. Prior to this, they held the positions of Senior Executive Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Senior Vice President at the same company. Before joining Edelweiss, Deepak worked at DSP Mutual Fund, where they held the roles of Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, and Manager. Deepak started their career at ICICI Bank Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Investment Services and also worked as a Project Trainee at Bandhan Mutual Fund.
Deepak Jain's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Shree Jain Vidyalaya and obtained a degree in Commerce. Deepak then proceeded to the University of Calcutta where they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) degree from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Deepak enrolled in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India where they studied Finance and obtained a CA degree from 2000 to 2003.
